随着高级网络技术的发展,无线通信在煤矿机械企业数控机床应用越来越多,可实现更快的安装、避免了大多数工厂环境中天罗地网般连线的混乱局面。文章首先概述了煤矿机械企业数控机床应用的价值,然后分析了嵌入式系统的概念与数据采集特点,提出了煤矿机械企业数控机床嵌入式适配器的硬件设计组成部分,最后论述了煤矿机械企业数控机床数据采集嵌入式适配器的设计过程与测试,取得了很好的效果。
With the development of advanced network technologies, more and more wireless communications are being applied to CNC machine tools in coal mining machinery enterprises, enabling faster installation and avoiding the chaos caused by the connection of the rooftop network in most factory environments. Firstly, the article summarizes the value of numerical control machine tools used in coal mine machinery enterprises, then analyzes the concept of embedded system and the characteristics of data acquisition, puts forward the hardware design of CNC machine tool embedded adapters in coal mining machinery enterprises, Data acquisition embedded adapter design process and testing, and achieved good results.
