目的以呼吸内科为例建立我院病历、临床合理用药评价标准,每月抽出一个科室按此标准进行病历分析,促进临床合理用药。方法抽查某日该科在院病历,统计在院患者基本情况、当日用药品种数、抗菌药物使用比率;抽查该科1月内出院病历,统计抗菌药物使用的种类、各种抗菌药物使用的例数、合理例数并计算合理百分比,并将分析结果进行全院通告。结果通过1 a来对临床各科室的病历分析,不合理用药率有所降低。结论此分析方法能较好的评价临床用药情况,对促进合理用药有积极作用。

The result of 1 a to clinical departments of the medical records analysis, irrational drug use rate decreased. Conclusion This method can better evaluate the clinical use of drugs and promote the rational use of drugs has a positive effect.
