党的十一届三中全会前后,胡耀邦与陈永贵之 间,在那场著名的关于真理标准大讨论以及对大寨问 题上产生了不同的看法。 胡耀邦惹怒陈永贵 中共中央十一届三中全会召开之前,胡耀邦还不 是政治局委员,没有陈永贵的官大。不过胡耀邦敢说 敢干,他在中央党校讲起学大寨修建人造平原来,就 直截了当地说那是劳民伤财。胡耀邦“文革”期间挨 整下放,在农业生产第一线多年,对学大寨搞农田基 本建设中的形式主义和花架子等毛病看得很真切,所 以他对陈永贵极端重视的农田水利基本建设不以为 然。
