由于对生产过程自动化系统化的要求日渐增长,刀具破损的传感和预测技术已成为一个关键问题。本文评述了刀具破损的预测和传感技术的现状,对各种传感信号如力、温度、功率、振动、声音和表面粗糙度等,特别是声发射传感进行了仔细分析,概括了各自的特点和存在的问题,列举了一些实例。最后指出,必须研制简单可靠的传感器和传感技术,继续努力寻求新的刀具损坏的预告和传感的可能性,才能使这一技术达到实用化。
Sensing and prediction of tool breakage has become a key issue due to the growing need for systematic automation of manufacturing processes. This paper reviews the current status of tool breakage prediction and sensing techniques and provides a thorough analysis of various sensing signals such as force, temperature, power, vibration, sound and surface roughness, especially acoustic emission sensing, summarizing each The characteristics and problems, some examples are listed. Finally, it is pointed out that it is necessary to develop simple and reliable sensors and sensing technologies, and continue to work hard to find out the possibility of new prediction and sensing of tool damage in order to make this technology practical.
