本文结合项目施工的特点和项目管理的实践经验,以南车基地项目为例介绍了岩土工程公司项目人才短缺的现状而普遍存在的人力资源管理问题,通过人力资源现状和人才队伍建设的思考,逐步探讨建立一套科学、规范和高效的留住项目人才的措施,加强和整合项目人力资源,创造一个想干事者有机会、能干事者有舞台、干成事者有位子的良好选人用人环境。
Based on the characteristics of project construction and practical experience of project management, this paper introduces CSR project as an example to introduce the problem of human resource management which is generally existed in the project of talent shortage of geotechnical engineering company. Through the consideration of the current situation of human resources and the construction of qualified personnel, Gradually explore the establishment of a set of scientific, standardized and efficient measures to retain project personnel, to strengthen and integrate project human resources, to create a want to have a chance to have a chance, who can have a good stage, do a good job who have a good candidate for employment environment .
