主要西方资本主义国家正陷入一场新的经济衰退。一个个药方都治不好他们的“滞胀”顽症。美国这个西方头头,从里根治国以来,回天乏术,下半年经济回升的预言已经不灵。连日子比较好过的西德、日本,也不那么好过了。 苏联也已经无可奈何地把国民经济增长速度降到历史最低水平。 许多第三世界国家正承受着西方转嫁经济危机的打击,一度发展较快的亚洲几只“小老虎”的势头也已经“蔫”下来。 可以说,不同情况的国家(地区),当前都有一本难念的经。 了解一下世界经济的动向和一些国家经济上所面临的问题,对于我们自己,不会是没有益处的。 出于这种目的,本期发表了三篇评述国际经济的文章。今后也将陆续在“世界经济评述”这个专栏中发表这类文章。 Major Western capitalist countries are falling into a new recession. One by one cure are not good for their “stagflation” chronic disease. The United States, the leader of the West, has been running out of steam since Reagan administration. The prophecy of economic recovery in the second half of the year has been implacable. The days of West Germany, Japan, not so much better. The Soviet Union has also desperately reduced the rate of national economic growth to a record low. Many Third World countries are now being hit by the Western economic crisis and the momentum of several “young tigers” in Asia that once grew faster has also been “shattered.” It can be said that in different countries and regions, there is an uncomfortable passage to the present. Understanding the trends in the world economy and the economic problems facing some countries will not be without merit for ourselves. For this purpose, three articles on the international economy were published in this issue. We will also publish such articles one after another in the column entitled World Economic Review.
