长春铁路第一幼儿园的前身是长春铁路幼儿园,始建于1953年。多年来,在各级领导的关怀下,经过幼教工作者几代人近半个世纪的努力,工作取得了长足的进步,园政建设、幼儿教育教学工作不断发展,多次受到分局、路局和长春市幼教行政管理部门的表彰奖励,并被评为局级示范幼儿园。特别是“九五”期间,路局与分局两级部门在铁路运输企业实行资产经营责任制的关键时期,在各项建设费用都比较紧缺的情况下,决定对长幼设施进行全面的更新改造,投入建设资金700余万元,开办费80万元,使幼儿园一跃成为局管内及长春市第一流的幼教基地。
