患者,女,39岁,发现右足底肿块2年余。患者2年前右足第三趾足底部出现肿块,不痛,皮肤不红,脚趾活动可,后逐渐增大,延伸至第二趾,近2个月来,肿块增大加速,以“右足底肿块”收入院治疗。病程中,患者无发热,无畏寒,无体重下降,饮食睡眠可,大小便正常。否认局部外伤史,否认工业毒物及放射性物质接触史。专科检查:右足底第二、三趾间可触及一大小约4cm×4cm的肿块,隆起于皮肤,
