1 病历简介 患者男性,8岁。因左侧肩胛部无痛性肿块4年,于1998年12月18日拟“左肩胛部骨性肿块待查”入院。4年前,家长发现患儿左侧肩胛部下缘有一小指头大小的包块,因无疼痛而未作处理。肿块逐渐变大,近1年来生长更快,随入院。查体:生命体征正常,发育正常,营养良好,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大,心
1 medical history Introduction Patients male, 8 years old. Due to the painless mass of the left scapular region for 4 years, it was planned to be admitted to the hospital on December 18, 1998 for “bone lumps of the left scapular region to be investigated”. Four years ago, parents found that the baby had a little finger-sized mass on the lower edge of the left scapula and was left untreated because of no pain. The lumps gradually became larger and grew faster in the past 1 year and were admitted to hospital. Physical examination: normal vital signs, normal development, good nutrition, no enlargement of superficial lymph nodes, heart
