目的评价唐山市开平区2008—2010年恶性肿瘤的疾病负担情况。方法使用access及excel软件计算和分析恶性肿瘤的死亡率、伤残调整寿命年等疾病负担指标。结果 2008—2010年开平区恶性肿瘤标化死亡率为102.54/10万,共损失12 103.01个DALYs,其中,男性损失7 101.88个DALYs,女性损失5 006.63个DALYs。按每千人损失的DALYs排序,依次是:肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病和肠癌。结论肺癌、肝癌、白血病是影响居民健康的主要危险肿瘤类型,同时45～59岁年龄组肿瘤疾病负担的严重的情况应引起相关人员的重视。此外应尽快建立起肿瘤的登记报告制度,以便于研究人员进行监测、分析和预警。
Objective To evaluate the disease burden of malignant tumors in Kaiping District of Tangshan City from 2008 to 2010. Methods Access and excel software were used to calculate and analyze the burden of disease such as mortality rate and disability adjustment life expectancy. Results The standardized death rate of malignant tumors in Kaiping District during 2008-2010 was 102.54 / 100 000, with a total loss of 12 103.01 DALYs, of which 7 101.88 DALYs were lost to males and 5006.63 DALYs were lost to females. Sorted by DALYs lost per 1,000 people, followed by lung, liver, stomach, leukemia, and bowel cancer. Conclusions Lung cancer, liver cancer and leukemia are the main types of cancer that affect the health of residents. At the same time, the serious burden of tumor disease in 45- to 59-year-old group should be paid more attention by relevant personnel. In addition, a registration system for cancers should be set up as soon as possible so that researchers can monitor, analyze and warn them.
