[目的和方法]用不同质量分数(5‰、10‰、15‰、20‰、25‰)的莠去津溶液处理南美蟛蜞菊[Wedelia trilobata(L.)A.S.Hitche],通过测定其叶片中抗氧化酶活性、H_2O_2含量及不定根根长和根尖细胞微核率,探讨莠去津对南美蟛蜞菊的防控效果。[结果]随着莠去津质量分数的提高,南美蟛蜞菊的SOD、CAT和POD活性先升后降,H_2O_2含量和根尖细胞微核率升高,根长则下降。[结论]莠去津用于南美蟛蜞菊防控有较好的效果。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different concentrations (5 ‰, 10 ‰, 15 ‰, 20 ‰, 25 ‰) of atrazine on Wedelia trilobata (L.) ASHitche. Oxidase activity, H 2 O 2 content, adventitious root length and root tip cell micronucleus rate, and to explore the control effect of atrazine on the southern americana. [Result] With the increase of the mass fraction of atrazine, the activity of SOD, CAT and POD in S. americana increased first and then decreased, while the content of H_2O_2 and the micronucleus rate of root tip cells increased while the root length decreased. [Conclusion] Atrazine was effective in the prevention and control of Scimia xylostella in South America.
