First, the question raised So far from 1978, from my college public English classes found that freshman college entrance examination in English scores are rising, but in class they found only reflect the students’ part of the “write” Ability, and in fact most students not only have “poor ability to hear and say”, but also poor ability to read (especially “read”). In this regard, I have done some research work. Now in September 88 enrollment of freshmen, for example, the class 54, college entrance examination average score of 65 points (of which 84,80 points each one, 70-79 points 14 people, 60-69 points 27 people; 49-59 points 10 There are 43 people on the passing line, and most of the remaining 10 people are near the pass line, but most of them have poor ability of reading, listening and speaking.
