应用“中国春”(Chinese Spring)单体进行分析,对控制春小麦“ZIatka”种皮颜色、腹沟和护颖上缘形状基因定位。R_1和R_3两个基因控制种皮颜色,过去已在许多品种中描述过,我们发现它们分别存在于 ZIatka 的3D 和3B 染色体上。ZIatka 种子腹沟断面边缘是尖形的,对圆边缘为显性。其显性基因位于染色体3A和5A 上。中国春的颖肩是斜形,它对 ZIatka 的截形颖肩为显性。这个性状是受三个互补基因控制。隐性等位基因 g_1,g_2,g_3分别位于染色体5A,5B 和5D 上。
The analysis of single Chinese Spring plants was performed to map the gene shape of the top coat color, belly groove and top of the guard coat of “ZIatka” in spring wheat. The two genes, R_1 and R_3, control the color of the seed coat and have been described in many varieties in the past, and we found that they exist on ZIatka’s 3D and 3B chromosomes, respectively. ZIatka seed abdomen groove edge is sharp, the edge of the circle is dominant. Its dominant genes are located on chromosomes 3A and 5A. The Chinese lunar shoulder is oblique, which is dominated by ZIatka’s trailing shoulder. This trait is controlled by three complementary genes. The recessive alleles g_1, g_2 and g_3 are located on chromosomes 5A, 5B and 5D, respectively.
