在铸铁浇铸过程中,通过选择适当的配方制成铸型涂料来进行硼锆共渗,并运用金相检验、显微硬度检测、三P试剂等试验方法,研究了不同配方渗硼后的显微组织、显微硬度和渗层厚度。结果表明,选择合适的配方可以获得最佳的渗硼效果,提高铸件的使用寿命。
Cast iron casting process, by selecting the appropriate formula for the cast coating made of boron zirconium pervaporation, and the use of metallographic examination, microhardness test, three P reagent and other test methods to study the different formulations of boron after the significant Micro-organization, microhardness and layer thickness. The results show that choosing the right formula can get the best boronizing effect and improve the service life of castings.
