目前,城市建筑场地日趋紧张,在技术条件允许的前提下,由原建筑平屋面上接建一层房屋,可增加建筑面积而不占土地,所以具有一定的现实意义。若在加层部分采用最轻级的建筑材料和结构,使其自重和活荷载总值仍在原建筑物荷载安全储备以内,便能确保加层后建筑物的安全使用。在加层部分采用轻型钢框架,并用玻璃钢作围护和覆盖材料的方案,可以满足房屋的各项功能要求。玻璃钢具有优越的物理化学性能,这些性能是一般传统建筑材料无法比拟的。在加层建筑中选用玻璃钢这种轻质高强材料是应予提倡的。
At present, the urban construction sites are becoming increasingly tense. Under the premise of technical conditions, a one-story house is built on the original building’s flat roof, which can increase the building area without occupying land, so it has certain practical significance. If the lightest building materials and structures are used in the added parts, the total weight and live load of the building still remain within the load safety reserve of the original building, and the safe use of the added buildings can be ensured. The use of lightweight steel frames in the additional layers and the use of FRP as a containment and covering material scheme can meet the functional requirements of the house. FRP has superior physical and chemical properties, which are unmatched by conventional traditional building materials. The use of fiberglass as a light, high-strength material in the addition of buildings should be promoted.
