20世纪中期以来,西方的阐释学、美学有了长足的发展,为文学评论提供了新的理论支撑,使人们对文学翻译的本质有了更深的认识,促进了接受美学理论的诞生。文学作品有着模糊性、不确定性等特点,能够使读者产生丰富的审美体验和无尽的遐想,欣赏文学作品时读者常会从自己的人生经验、社会认知、文学修养、审美倾向等出发解读文学作品,正如人们常说的“一千个读者就有一千个哈姆莱特”。
Since the middle of the 20th century, Western hermeneutics and aesthetics have made great strides, providing new theoretical support for literary criticism, enabling people to have a deeper understanding of the essence of literary translation and promoting the birth of accepting aesthetic theory. Literary works have the characteristics of vagueness and uncertainty, which can make the readers produce rich aesthetic experience and endless reverie. When reading literary works, readers often start to interpret literature from their life experience, social cognition, literary accomplishment and aesthetic tendencies Works, as one often says, “a thousand readers have a thousand Hamlet.”
