从肾小球光镜图象与上皮下电子致密沉积物、肾小球基底膜(GBM)厚度和内皮细胞窗孔的电镜图象4项指标就薄盖灵芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎的影响进行形态计量分析。结果表明薄盖灵芝注射液能减轻肾小球内细胞的肿胀与增生,减少其细胞数及炎细胞浸润而使肾小球明显变小;减少或清除上吱下电子致密沉积物,使其绝对数目下降;使增厚的GBM变薄以及使内皮细胞窗孔增大。一系列形态计量指标说明薄盖灵芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎有较明显的治疗作用。
