新课程改革主张“立足发展”的课程评价,强调建立促进学生全面发展的评价体系,使评价不仅要关注学生的学业成绩,更要发现和发展学生多方面的潜能,了解学生在生命发展过程中的需求和困惑,让学生认识自我,品尝成长的快乐和幸福,为此,我们在市教育局的指导下,以多元智能理论为依据,积极开展校本评价改革,初步构建了学生多元化评价体系,兹分述如下:
