烹调油烟对接触人群免疫指标的影响

观察烹调油烟对机体外周血淋巴细胞百分数(ANAE阳性率)、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白的影响。结果发现:接触烹调油烟可使机体外周血淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率、CD+3、CD+4细胞百分率及CD+4/CD+8比值明显降低;CD+8细胞百分率及血清IgG含量显著升高,提示烹调油烟可影响机体的免疫功能。 The effects of cooking fumes on the percentage of peripheral blood lymphocytes (ANAE positive rate), T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and serum immunoglobulin were observed. The results showed that the exposure of cooking fume could significantly decrease the ANAE positive rate, the percentage of CD + 3 and CD + 4 cells and the ratio of CD + 4 / CD + 8, the percentage of CD + 8 cells and IgG in serum increased significantly .
