观察烹调油烟对机体外周血淋巴细胞百分数（ＡＮＡＥ阳性率）、外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白的影响。结果发现：接触烹调油烟可使机体外周血淋巴细胞ＡＮＡＥ阳性率、ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４细胞百分率及ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值明显降低；ＣＤ＋８细胞百分率及血清ＩｇＧ含量显著升高，提示烹调油烟可影响机体的免疫功能。 The effects of cooking fumes on the percentage of peripheral blood lymphocytes (ANAE positive rate), T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and serum immunoglobulin were observed. The results showed that the exposure of cooking fume could significantly decrease the ANAE positive rate, the percentage of CD + 3 and CD + 4 cells and the ratio of CD + 4 / CD + 8, the percentage of CD + 8 cells and IgG in serum increased significantly .
