1991年3月22～25日陕西省水产工作会议在西安召开。参加会议的有各地市水利局长、水产科长、重点水产县市的水利局长、以及厅直水产单位的领导。省委、省政府办公厅及新闻等单位也派人参加了会议。会议开幕时,徐山林副省长作了重要讲话,省水利厅魏成寿副厅长作了工作报告(讲话和报告摘要另发)。省水利厅厅长刘枢机、副厅长任三成、总工程师毛光启等参加了会议。会议传达了全国水产工作会议和全国淡水渔政工作会议精神,总结了我省水产业“七

Participating in the meeting are local Water Conservancy Bureau chiefs, chiefs of aquatic products, water conservancy chiefs of major aquatic counties and cities, as well as direct leadership units of aquatic products. Provincial Party Committee, provincial government offices and news and other units also sent participants attended the meeting. At the opening of the meeting, Vice Governor Xu Shanlin made an important speech. Deputy Director Wei Shushou of the Provincial Water Resources Department made a working report (separate speech and report abstracts). Liu Shuijian, director of the Provincial Department of Water Resources, deputy director Ren Sancheng, Chief Engineer Mao Guangqi attended the meeting.
