为促企业落实应急管理主体责任,全面加强应急准备,不断提高生产经营单位安全生产应急管理能力和水平,提升应对事故灾难的能力,桂阳县安全生产执法大队“四项措施”指导企业应急管理规范化建设。一是完善安全生产应急预案。执法大队要求企业规范应急预案编制工作,督促企业严格落实《生产安全事故应急预案管理办法》,提高企业应急预案的科学性、针对性和可操作性。
