ADP和肾上腺素能使Salganicoff方法制成的松弛状态的血小板条张力增加。ADP引起血小板条张力增加的ED_(50)是6.6μM;肾上腺素的ED_(50)是0.3μM。灌流液中含Ca~(2+)与不含Ca~(2+)对ADP的作用无影响,无Ca~(2+)灌流液使肾上腺的作用明显减弱。实验初步表明ADP引起血小板条收缩主要依赖内Ca~(2+),而肾上腺素引起血小板条收缩有外Ca~(2+)参与。
ADP and adrenergic increase the relaxation of platelet tension by the Salganicoff method. The AD50 of ADP-induced increase in platelet tension was 6.6 μM and the ED 50 of epinephrine was 0.3 μM. Irrigation with Ca 2+ and Ca 2+ without effect on ADP had no effect, Ca 2+ -free perfusate significantly reduced the adrenal function. Preliminary experiments show that ADP-induced platelet contraction mainly depends on intracellular Ca ~ (2+), while epinephrine induced platelet contraction outside Ca ~ (2+) involvement.
