在城市住宅建设中,居住区的规划问题是当前建筑界讨论得比较多的问题之一。如何在统筹规划、全面安排居住区的各项设施内容,实现多样化的功能要求,和布置安静的居住环境的同时,多方面考虑节约用地,节约投资,使既能符合我国当前的具体情况,又照顾到长远利益的问题,是为大家所一致关心的。目前争论的重点在于:为了满足上述要求,如何根据大城市和中小城镇,市区和郊区以及山坡地和平坦地等不同情况,来合理地选择住宅类型和住宅层数;特别是必须把节约用地这一原则提到首要地位。为了供大家讨论中的参考起见,本刊在这一期选登了董铿泓同志的《庭院式居住区研究性规划设计方案的探讨》和黄忠恕同志的《改善住宅建设和住宅建筑群体的意见》两篇文章。希望读者本着百花齐放、百家争鸣的精神,针对上述问题做进一步的探讨。
In the construction of urban housing, the planning of residential areas is one of the more discussed issues in the current construction community. How to plan and arrange all the facilities in residential areas comprehensively, achieve diversified functional requirements, and arrange a quiet living environment, consider saving land and saving investment in many ways so that it can meet the current situation in China. The issue of taking care of long-term interests is for everyone’s concern. It is hoped that readers will further discuss these issues in the spirit of a hundred flowers and hundreds of contenders.
