采用固相萃取(SPE)/高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)对南水北调山东受水区13个地级市的19个水源水中11种环境激素进行调研检测,发现三氯卡班在5个水源水中检出,浓度范围为0.6~1.7 ng/L;三氯生在7个水源水中检出,浓度范围为0.6~9.0 ng/L;其余9种激素物质均未检出。按照躯体毒物质所致健康风险危害评价模型进行评价,发现19个水源水中环境激素类污染物所致健康危害的个人年风险总体水平为(1.3E-15)~(7.0E-15)a-1,远低于国际现行最大可接受风险水平,表明山东受水区水源水环境激素类污染风险较低。
Eleven environmental hormones in 19 water sources in 13 prefecture-level cities in the water-receiving area of South-to-North Water Diversion Project were investigated by SPE / HPLC-MS / MS and found that trichloro Carban was detected in five water sources at a concentration range of 0.6-1.7 ng / L; triclosan was detected in seven water sources at a concentration range of 0.6-9.0 ng / L; and the remaining nine hormone species were not detected . According to the hazard assessment model of health risks caused by somatic poison, the overall annual risk level of the health hazards caused by environmental hormone pollutants in 19 water sources was found to be (1.3E-15) ~ (7.0E-15) a- 1, which is far below the current international maximum acceptable level of risk, indicating that there is a lower risk of water pollution in water sources and water environment in Shandong.
