青年职工思想较为积极而活跃,具有丰富的想象力和创造力,承载着未来企业和民族发展的希望。随着我国煤炭企业创新和发展,越来越多的青年涌入煤炭企业当中,为企业带来了新鲜的血液和生机,青年职工正逐渐成为煤炭企业未来发展的关键性因素之一。在新形势下,加强对青年职工的政治思想工作指导势在必行。本篇文章主要对当前煤炭企业青年职工政治思想中存在的问题和做好青年职工政治思想工作的措施进行分析,旨在有效提升煤炭企业青年职工的思想素质,为煤炭企业的长远发展奠定坚实的基础。
