目的:量子探测效率(detective quantum efficiency,DQE)是描述X射线成像装置成像性能的最适合的参数。检测数字医用X射线成像装置的DQE能反映出成像质量[1-2]、对患者及操作者所需要造成的伤害程度。DQE测定方法目前处于起步阶段,是研究热点。方法:基于IEC62220-1等相关标准中介绍的试验方法。结果:结合实践研究DQE,调制传递函数和噪声功率谱的测定、计算方法。通过已有的测试软件绘制出相应曲线。结论:详细分析了DQE测定方法和计算原理,使DQE检测从理论走向了实践。
Objective: Detective quantum efficiency (DQE) is the most suitable parameter to describe the imaging performance of X-ray imaging devices. Detecting digital medical X-ray imaging device DQE can reflect the imaging quality [1-2], the degree of damage to patients and operators needed. DQE determination method is currently in its infancy, is a research hot spot. Methods: Based on the test methods described in IEC62220-1 and other related standards. Results: In combination with the practice of DQE, the modulation transfer function and the noise power spectrum were measured and calculated. Through the existing test software to draw the corresponding curve. Conclusion: The DQE measurement method and calculation principle are analyzed in detail, which makes the DQE detection from theory to practice.
