20世纪20年代,员工持股制度在美国诞生,并且从20世纪70年代开始被许多企业所采用,至今一直受到市场的欢迎。员工持股制是现代市场经济和社会化大生产的产物,有助于企业建立完善的管理体系及激励制度,激发员工努力工作的欲望及积极的工作态度,有效提高企业效益。然而员工持股制度在实际实施过程中,产生了各种各样操作不规范的问题,使企业对员工持股制度的作用产生了一定怀疑。因此,我国的国有企业要根据实际发展状况,有针对性地进行改进。本文主要阐述员工持股制度在国有企业的体制中产生的问题及其原因,并探讨国企改进和完善员工持股制度的对策和建议。
Employee ownership was introduced in the United States in the 1920s and has been adopted by many companies since the 1970s and has been welcomed by the market so far. Employee shareholding system is a product of modern market economy and socialized large-scale production. It helps enterprises to establish a sound management system and incentive system, inspire employees’ desire for hard work and positive working attitude, and effectively improve the efficiency of enterprises. However, in the process of actual implementation of the employee shareholding system, a variety of non-standard operating problems have arisen, making the enterprise have a certain doubt on the role of employee stock ownership system. Therefore, the state-owned enterprises in our country should make improvements in a targeted manner according to the actual development. This article mainly elaborates the problems and reasons that employee stock ownership system causes in the system of state-owned enterprises and discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of state-owned enterprises to improve and perfect employee stock ownership system.
