平面闸门因其具有易于制作、操作安全和检修方便等优点,而广泛用于大小水利工程。平面闸门尽管使用铜或合金调剂其摩擦系数,但人们仍对其因止水摩擦带来的摩阻、磨损、漏水等缺陷而感到恼火。笔者通过模型试验设计出一种斜面闸门,既保留了平面闸门的长处,又减少了止水摩擦。斜面闸门是由门槽、斜面闸盖和拉杆三部分组成的,闸盖和止水橡皮装在下游面。以竖式安装为例:水平断面如图1,垂直断面如图2。滚轮在门槽内垂直移动,其斜面闸盖与固定的放水洞斜面水封平行离合,从而减少止水摩擦。若放水洞斜口尺寸为高100厘米,宽70厘米,斜面水封宽15厘米,则闸盖应为高130厘
