首先向获奖录像片的出版单位表示祝贺。举办首届全国优秀录像片评奖和研讨活动是一件很有意义的事情,对我国录像出版的进一步繁荣和健康发展,将会起到积极的促进作用。我国的录像出版是一项新兴的事业,至今不过有六、七年的历史,可以说还处在“幼儿”时期。短短的几年间,录像出版事业发展非常快,显示出了蓬勃的生命力。特别是近两年来,各音像出版单位克服资金紧缺、经验不足等困难,积极努力地开展录像片的出版,发行工作,使国产录像片的出版、发行量得到大幅度增长。
First, congratulate the publisher of the winning video. It is a very significant event to hold the first national excellent video awards and seminars and play an active role in promoting the further prosperity and healthy development of our country’s video publishing. China’s video publishing is an emerging undertaking, but it has only six or seven years of history. It can be said that it is still in the “early childhood” period. In just a few years, the video publishing industry has developed very fast and demonstrated its vitality. In particular, in the past two years, audiovisual publishing houses have overcome the difficulties such as shortage of funds and lack of experience. They actively carried out the publication and distribution of video films, resulting in a substantial increase in the circulation and circulation of domestically produced video films.
