第一条为了保障2008年12月27日公布的《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改〈中华人民共和国专利法〉的决定》的施行,依照立法法第八十四条的规定,制定本办法。
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 84 of the Legislation Law in order to guarantee the implementation of the “Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Amending the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China” promulgated on December 27, 2008.
