应用GJ－RZY型热原自动测试仪，按生物制品规程，预检520只正常家兔体温，对检温合格的311只家兔体温进行统计学处理，获得实验家兔的最佳体温范围为38．32℃～38．94℃。进一步将家兔法热原试验由于动物本身体温的影响而造成的假阳性率降至最低水平，同时也为今后再版生物制品规程制定家兔法热原试验使用的家兔体温的范围提供依据。
