本文利用由微机进行数据采集、显示和处理的差动扫描量热仪(DSC)和 X 射线的衍射仪,研究了金属玻璃 Zr_(70)Cu_(30)常压下等温晶化动力学规律。结果表明,该玻璃的晶化是一次性完成的,但可分为连续进行的两个阶段;动力学行为符合 J—M—A 方程,同时还符合“自催化”方程。两个阶段的存在与 GuZr_2和α—Zr 的相继析出有关。另外,依此二方程分别求得表观晶化激活能分别为280±8及260±12kJ/mol
In this paper, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffractometer were used to collect, display and process the data. The isothermal crystallization kinetics of Zr_ (70) Cu_ (30) The results show that the crystallization of the glass is completed in one time, but can be divided into two consecutive stages; kinetic behavior consistent with the J-M-A equation, also in line with the “autocatalytic” equation. The existence of two phases is related to the successive precipitation of GuZr_2 and α-Zr. In addition, the apparent activation energies of these two equations are respectively 280 ± 8 and 260 ± 12 kJ / mol
