各市(州)、县(市、区)科研、教研部门、实验区、实验校:“考试评价改革与中小学生英语综合能力培养与测评”项目是在“十五”课题研究的基础上,经吉林省教育科学研究领导小组批准的“十一五”规划重点研究课题(编号:ZC0279),该课题的实验研究是借助教育部基教司批准的国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心的全国中小学英语学习成绩测试(NEAT)课题测试系统进行的,目前已取得了一定成果。该项目对教材建设、教法改革、学生英语综合能力的培养,以及中小学英语教学评价新机制的形成,
Each city (prefecture), county (city, district) scientific research, teaching and research department, experimental area, experimental school: “Test evaluation reform and the development and assessment of comprehensive ability of primary and middle school students in English” project is based on the “15” project research, The 11th Five-Year Plan Key Research Project (No. ZC0279) approved by the Leading Group of Education Science Research of Jilin Province. The experimental study of the project is based on the national elementary and middle schools of the National Center for Basic Education Experiment Center of Foreign Language Education and Research approved by the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education. The NEAT project test system has achieved certain results. The project includes the construction of teaching materials, the reform of teaching methods, the cultivation of students’ comprehensive English ability, and the formation of new mechanisms for evaluation of English teaching in primary and secondary schools.
