11月8日上午9时,举世瞩目的中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会在北京人民大会堂开幕。国家工商总局党组书记、局长周伯华,党组副书记、副局长刘玉亭作为党的十八大代表在人民大会堂出席开幕会,总局党组成员、副局长王东峰列席开幕会。在总局机关的总局党组成员、副局长付双建、滕佳材,各司局、直属单位副处级以上干部在一起集中收看开幕会盛况,聆听胡锦涛同志代表第十七届中央委员会所作的报告。
At 9:00 on November 8, the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, which has drawn worldwide attention, opened in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People.
