1998年9月,辽宁刊授党校在辽宁省铁岭市召开了培训农村基层干部昌图现场会。中共昌图县委常务副书记刘兴华等5位同志介绍了昌图县以刊授党校为阵地,培训农村基层干部和培养农村复合型人才、致富带头人的做法和经验。本刊在第10期已进行了宣传报道。那么,昌图会议后,特别是在招收1999年新生工作中,如何落实昌图会议精神,推动新一年招生工作,本期发表了中共沈阳市苏家屯区委党校《利用刊授党校阵地,培养村级后备干部》的经验。希望这一经验能对各学区、分校的招生工作有所启发和推动。
In September 1998, the Liaoning Provincial Party School was handed over to the party in Chaling, Liaoning Province for training of the grass-roots cadres in rural areas.
