目的探讨血啉甲醚(HMME)对蜡样芽孢杆菌孢子的杀伤作用。方法通过蜡样芽孢杆菌孢子失活率测定以及荧光显微镜和原子力显微镜图像观察HMME对蜡样芽孢杆菌孢子的光动力杀伤作用。结果一定范围内,HMME浓度越大,对孢子的杀伤作用越强;荧光显微镜观察加了HMME的孢子能发出荧光,而且浓度越高,发荧光的孢子数量越多;原子力显微镜观察蜡样芽胞杆菌孢子加HMME后形态基本没有变化。结论 HMME通过进入孢子内部导致其异常生理变化,引起内容物如蛋白质、核酸等的氧化损伤而达到杀伤作用。
Objective To investigate the killing effect of HMME on Bacillus cereus spores. Methods The photodynamic killing effect of HMME against Bacillus cereus was observed by the determination of spore inactivation of Bacillus cereus and fluorescence microscopy and atomic force microscope images. The results showed that the larger the concentration of HMME, the stronger the killing effect on spores. Fluorescence microscope plus HMME spores could emit fluorescence, and the higher the concentration of HMME, the more the number of fluorescing spores; the observation of B. aeruginosa by atomic force microscopy Spores and HMME after the basic morphological no change. Conclusion HMME can cause abnormal physiological changes by entering the spores and cause the killing effect of the oxidative damage of the contents such as proteins and nucleic acids.
