随着Internet等信息技术的发展与普及,我国信息化建设得到了迅速发展。信息化已成为发展社会生产力、提高经济实力和竞争优势的重要保证,并成为国民经济发展和国防建设的基础。信息化包含的内容相当广泛,其中农村信息化问题不仅是为了改变农村落后面貌、促进农村经济发展、消灭贫困,也是奔向小康的重要途径之一。但纵观整个农村信息化进程,我们会发现,在中国,多数的农村经济发展仍然是滞后的,生活仍是较贫困的,因此,如何推进农村信息化的发展已成了当今政府的一件大事。本文将从三个方面分别描述和分析农村信息化的现状、所面临的问题以及如何解决这些问题。
With the development and popularization of Internet and other information technologies, the construction of informatization in our country has been rapidly developed. Informationization has become an important guarantee for the development of social productive forces, economic strength and competitive advantage and has become the basis for the development of the national economy and the building of national defense. Informatization includes a wide range of content, of which the informatization of rural areas not only aims to change the rural backwardness, promote rural economic development and eliminate poverty, but also one of the important ways to run toward well-off society. However, looking at the entire process of rural informatization, we will find that in China, the majority of rural economic development is still lagging behind and living is still poorer. Therefore, how to promote the development of rural informatization has become a piece of government today event. This article will describe and analyze the status quo of rural informatization, the problems it faces and how to solve these problems from three aspects.
