幼儿园让幼儿游戏不仅仅是为了让幼儿高兴。注意让幼儿在游戏活动中获得“愉快体验”,是我们要追求的结果,但是必须明确这种愉快的“游戏性体验”的性质及其来源,更不能把让幼儿高兴作为自己在幼儿游戏时间内休息,放弃对幼儿游戏的观察与指导的借口。在“幼儿园为什么要让幼儿游戏”这个问题上,我们既要避免传统的“社会本位”论,也要避免极端的“儿童本位”论,应当把游戏的社会价值与个体价值和谐地统一起来;既要避免把游戏变成变相的“上课”,变成单纯灌输知识技能的手段的倾向,同时也要避免纯粹“放羊”的倾向。幼儿园游戏的许多问题,都需要我们用辩证的思维加以考察。掌握组织与指导幼儿游戏的辩证法,有助于提高幼儿园游戏与教育的质量。
