结合金属结晶精炼的实例 ,从扩散、有效分离系数等基本概念出发 ,推导了金属分步结晶精炼的动力学公式 ,分析了金属分步结晶精炼的判据。对比了Fe -Sn合金熔析精炼和Pb -Sn合金连续结晶精炼的动力学特点。
Based on the examples of metal crystallization, the kinetic formulas of metal crystallization were deduced from the basic concepts of diffusion and effective separation coefficient. The criterion of metal crystallization was analyzed. The kinetic characteristics of continuous melting of Fe-Sn alloy and Pb-Sn alloy were compared.
