County economy in our province is not balanced due to many factors, such as the advantages and disadvantages of location transportation, the difference of natural resource endowments, the difference of industrial foundation and development ideas. In accordance with the requirements put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress, it is necessary for our province to speed up the establishment of an assessment system for promoting the sustainable development of the county economy. To fully reflect the principle of “classified guidance and discrimination”, according to the functional orientation of different regions and the requirements of the regional development pattern, we should actively explore ways that conform to the actual conditions of our province and meet the requirements of ecological civilization construction
