日本著名的六大集团是:三井、三菱、住友、芙蓉、三和、一劝。这六大企业集团年所获的经济利润占日本全产业(除金融和保险外)的11.88%;销售额占14.35%;资本金占15%;申报所得占8.91%。日本的六大企业集团具备这样一些共同特点:①成员众多,规模庞大,可以独立完成原材料调集到产品销售的所有经济活动。②集团内部的资产所有权关系以成员间相互持股为主;成员间的相互经济关系是平等交易,独立核算;成员间的人事关系是互相派遣高级管理人员,买行人才交流。③由成员企业的社长组成的社长负责决策。④在资金形成上是由大城市银行系列融资的金融体系。⑤以综合商社为中心的流通网担负国内外贸易。
Japan’s famous six groups are: Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, Furong, three and a advised. The economic profits of these six major conglomerates in each year accounted for 11.88% of the total industry (excluding finance and insurance) in Japan; sales accounted for 14.35%; capital accounted for 15%; and declared income accounted for 8.91%. Japan’s six major corporate groups share some common features: ① A large number of members with large scale can independently complete all economic activities in which raw materials are mobilized to product sales. (2) Ownership of assets within the group is dominated by mutual ownership of the members; the mutual economic relationships among members are equal transactions and independent accounting; and the personnel relations among members are sending senior managers and buying talent to each other. ③ by the president of member companies president is responsible for policy-making. ④ In the capital formation is a series of large city bank financing of the financial system. ⑤ The distribution network centered on the integrated trading company is responsible for domestic and foreign trade.
