本文介绍了用 YB—831型可燃件气体爆炸实验裝置在实验室进行了一系列爆炸试验。其结果表明,环境温度的升高对甲烷的爆炸极限的影响相当大。它使常温下不能引爆的混合气因爆炸极限扩大而发生爆炸。如300℃时甲烷的爆炸下限为3.4%,减少了34%。为此,在火区救灾作业中,应充分考虑到火区高温对甲烷爆炸极限带来的变化,避免灾害事故扩大。
This article describes a series of explosions tests conducted in the laboratory using YB-831 combustible gas explosion test equipment. The results show that the influence of the increase of ambient temperature on the explosion limit of methane is considerable. It makes the mixture can not be detonated at room temperature because of the explosion limit to expand and explode. For instance, the lower explosion limit of methane at 300 ℃ is 3.4%, a decrease of 34%. To this end, in the fire area disaster relief operations, should take full account of the fire zone temperature on the limit of methane explosion brought changes to avoid the expansion of disasters.
