中小水电发展现状我国水力资源概况我国幅员辽阔,山川间布,蕴藏着丰富的水能资源。根据2003年全国水电资源复查成果,我国水能资源理论蕴藏量60829亿千瓦时,平均功率694.4吉瓦,技术可开发年发电量24740亿千瓦时,装机容量541.64吉瓦,经济可开发年发电量17534亿千瓦时,装机容量401.795吉瓦,均居世界第一。在我国丰富的水能资源中,中小水电站占有一定的比重。按2003年全国水力资源复查成果,在技术可开发量中,大型水电站为388.7吉瓦,占比72%,中小型水电站
