目的：探究健脾补肾方加减联合华蟾素在治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效效果。方法：在本次研究中选择2014年7月-2015年8月我院收治的59例消化道恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象，将其分为对照组和治疗组，对照组应用华蟾素进行治疗，治疗组采用健脾补肾方加减联合华蟾素进行治疗，对临床效果进行分析。结果：本次研究中，对照组的有效人数18例，总有效率为62.1%，治疗组的有效人数有25例，治疗总有效率为83.3%，治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，结果差异性显著，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：对消化道恶性肿瘤患者采用健脾补肾方加减联合华蟾素进行治疗，能有效提升患者的生活质量，增强自身免疫力，可以被临床推广和应用。“,”[abstract] objective: to explore the spleen and kidney in the joint HuaChan element to add and subtract in the treatment of digestive tract malignant tumor the clinical efficacy of effect. Conclusion: in the digestive tract malignant tumor patients with spleen and kidney and subtract joint HuaChan hormone treatment, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, enhance their immunity, and can be clinical popularization and application.
