一年来陕西省的统计工作,在各级党政和上级统计部门的正确领导下,依靠全体统计工作同志的共同努力,基本上完成了国家与本省党政交给我们的各项主要统计任务,并在组织上和制度上初步建立了统计工作的基础。现将一年来主要的收获分述如下:(一)全省各级统计机构,在各级党政领导的重视下,基本上已经建立起来。现在全省各级统计机构共有干部一、二六二人,其中省级六一人,专区级三八人,县(市)级三一八人,区级八四五人。各业务部门统计机构亦有所加强。全省统计工作干部经过一年来的摸索,初步有了一些工作经验,对统计工作的认识也有所提高,其中并有一部分统计干部于去年和前年曾受过短期的统计训练,部分专、县统计部门已初步建立了工作秩序,这些均为今后工作的开展创造了有利条件。
In the past year, with the correct leadership of the party, government and higher statistical departments at all levels, the statistical work in Shaanxi Province basically completed all the major statistical tasks entrusted to us by the party and government of the country and the province, relying on the joint efforts of all the comrades in statistics. At present, the statistical agencies at all levels in the province have a total of 1,262 cadres, including 61 provincial-level officials, 38 district-level officials, 318 persons at the county (city) level and 845 persons at the district level. The statistical agencies in various business sectors also strengthened. After a year of exploration, cadres of statistical work in the province initially had some work experience and their understanding of statistical work also improved. Some of them also received short-term statistical training in last year and the previous year.
