工业换代的过程中,一些从事代工的电子制造服务(Electronics Manufacturing Service,EMS)供应商在为客户提供服务的同时,利用客户转移的技术和资金,凝聚实力,开始建立本企业的品牌,来获得更高的利润。这种经验被大陆民族企业普遍认可,并加以推广,其实这只看到了问题的一个方面。EMS供应商建立自有品牌获得更多利润也伴随着其他不确定性。我认为,由于企业的战略以及产业分工的要求,EMS供应商应该不断深耕,为电子制造企业提供更好解决方案,而不应该发展自己的品牌。
