1 城市水资源概况安阳市位于华北平原南部,是我国严重缺水城市之一。多年平均降水量569.4mm,多年平均水资源量17.1亿m~3,市区地下水可利用量1.4亿m~3。人均水资源占有量仅358m~3,只有全国人均水资源量的1/7。近年来,安阳市经济迅速发展,人口不断增加,生活水平逐步提高,需水量大幅度增长、城市供水日显不足。一方面地表水难以大量利用,另一方面地下水严重超采,供需矛盾日益尖锐,已成为安阳市城市发展的制约因素。2 供水现状安阳市每年开采地下水量1.73亿m~3,而地下水多年平均补给量只有1.40亿m~3,年超采0.33亿m~3。所以,近年
1 Overview of Urban Water Resources Anyang City, located in the southern part of North China Plain, is one of China’s major water-scarce cities. The annual average rainfall is 569.4mm, the annual average water resources is 1.71 billion m ~ 3, and the groundwater available in the urban area is 140 million m ~ 3.
