【本刊讯】近日,中宣部、国家新闻出版广电总局发出《关于严格规范党报党刊发行工作严禁报刊违规发行的通知》。《通知》指出,一些非党报党刊搭车发行,一些地方利用行政手段强行摊派或变换手法隐形摊派,严重扰乱报刊发行秩序,严重损害新闻媒体声誉,增加基层负担,干部群众对此反映强烈。
