一、工业增长速度急剧减慢 今年以来,我国工业增长虽然仍保持较快增长,但增长速度明显减慢。1～7月份全国规模以上工业完成增加值15012亿元,同比增长10.7％,增速比上年同期降低0.7个百分点,比上半年降低0.3个百分点,7月份仅增长,8.1％,为近19个月以来的最低增幅。从结构上看,工业增长速度减慢的原因主要是重工业增长速度急剧下降:重工业1～7月份累计增长12.1％,增幅比去年同期慢0.1个百分点,比上半年降低0.6个百分点,其中7月份仅增长8.8％,比今年的最高增幅(3月份)低5.6个百分点。在固定资产投资加速增长的情况下,重工业增长速度急剧减慢的现象十分令人担忧。
