试验于1933~1984年在土壤有效磷较低(低于10ppm)的田间条件下进行。研究结果表明,施用磷肥能促进小麦对氮、磷、钾、钙、铜、锌、錳、鉬等营养元素的吸收,使单株养分吸收量(mg或μg/株)增加;同时施磷也影响到植株体养分含量比率(养分占干物质的%或ppm)的变化,使磷、钙、錳的含量率升高,使氮、钾、铜、锌、鉬的含量率降低。施用磷肥能改善植株的光合性能、促进产量形成。
